Green smoothie with broccoli, avocado, spinach and apple

  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 3 green kiwis
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ green apple
  • 700 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 ice cubes


In a pot of boiling water, add the broccoli florets. Cook for 8 minutes, drain and set aside in a bowl of ice water. Put the spinach in the same boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, drain and set aside in the ice water with the broccoli.

Peel the kiwi, avocado and apple and cut into large pieces.

In a food processor add the cooked broccoli florets, kiwis, avocado, apple, washed spinach leaves, water, maple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend at maximum power for a few minutes until smooth and silky.

Serve the smoothies in glasses.
