Strawberry, coconut and natural yoghurt smoothie

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 300 g plain yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 3 ice cubes


Wash and remove the leaves from the strawberries. Set aside some of them in slices to decorate and cut the rest into 2 or 4 pieces according to size.

In a food processor add the cut strawberries, yoghurt, shredded coconut and ice. Blend at maximum power for a couple of minutes.

Serve the smoothies in glasses. Garnish with a few slices of strawberries on top and serve.
