Orange, mango and banana smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 400 ml plant-based milk such as almond, soy, oat, coconut, etc.
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup. (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes

ELABORATION

Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Peel the orange removing all the white parts until the wedges are clean.

In a food processor add the chopped fruit, plant-based milk and ice. Blend at maximum power for a few minutes.

Serve the smoothies in glasses. You can use a recyclable cardboard straw to drink, or drink directly from the glass. If you prefer yours on the sweet side, you can mix in a little honey or agave.

Note: If you want a thicker smoothie, add a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal to the mixture and blend together.
