Blueberry and soy smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g blueberries
  • 400 ml soy yoghurt
  • 300 ml soy or other plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 4 recyclable straws
  • 1 sprig mint

ELABORATION

Wash the blueberries.

In a food processor, place the blueberries, yoghurt, soy milk, maple syrup and ice cubes. Blend at maximum power for a couple of minutes.

Serve the smoothies in glasses with recyclable drinking straws and garnish with some mint leaves.
