Rice cakes with cotagge cheese and honey, strawberries and sesame seeds

  • 8 rice cakes
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 or 10 strawberries, depending on size
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 3 sprigs mint leaves


Wash and cut the strawberries into thin slices. Set them aside.

Using a whisk, mix the cottage cheese with the honey in a bowl.

Spread the cottage cheese with honey over each rice cake.

On each rice cake with cheese, place some sliced strawberries.

Garnish with some sesame seeds and mint leaves.
