  • 4 red apples

ELABORATION

Cut the apples with a mandolin slicer into thin slices, so that they all have the same thickness.

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Place the apple slices on a baking tray with baking paper or silicone. Dehydrate for 1 hour. It is important to open the oven a couple of times during this process to let the moisture out.

When the time is up, turn the apples over so that they dry out evenly. Bake at the same temperature for another hour, opening the oven again a couple of times to let the humidity out.

Remove and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Note: The time to dehydrate can vary depending on the thickness of the apple and the oven, if they are still soft simply wait a little longer.
