Small glasses of muesli, natural yoghurt and strawberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 plain yoghurts without sugar
  • 9 drops of liquid stevia
  • 200 g gluten-free muesli (with buckwheat)
  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 sprigs mint leaves

ELABORATION

Add 3 drops of stevia to each plain yoghurt and mix well with a spoon.

Wash and cut the strawberries in halves or quarters according to their size and set aside.

In small glasses, arrange layers starting with yoghurt and stevia, followed by a layer of muesli, and some pieces of strawberries. Next, arrange another layer of yoghurt.

Finish with a little more muesli, strawberry pieces and a small mint leaf or sprig in each glass.
