Mettre le riz dans une marmite avec beaucoup d\u2019eau et une demi-cuill\u00e8re de sel. Laisser cuire comme des p\u00e2tes pendant 30 minutes et bien l\u2019\u00e9goutter. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une autre marmite avec de l&rsquo;eau bouillante, ajouter un peu de sel et faire cuire les brocolis en fleurettes pendant 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une cuisson al dente.<\/p>\n<p>Couper grossi\u00e8rement les amandes. Ciseler la coriandre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, mettre le riz, le brocoli, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, la coriandre cisel\u00e9e et le zeste de citron.
