Ajouter les \u0153ufs, le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et le sirop d&rsquo;agave. M\u00e9langer pour tout int\u00e9grer.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients des deux bols jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Si la p\u00e2te est trop \u00e9paisse, on peut ajouter un peu plus de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive chaude avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajouter une louche de la p\u00e2te et la laisser s&rsquo;\u00e9taler. Faire dorer pendant quelques minutes et lorsque la surface commence \u00e0 prendre forme, la retourner avec une spatule et faire dorer sur l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant quelques minutes encore. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire cuire tous les pancakes.<\/p>\n<p>Servir les pancakes et les garnir avec un peu de yaourt k\u00e9fir fouett\u00e9. D\u00e9corer le tout avec des noix r\u00e2p\u00e9es, quelques quartiers de mandarines et des feuilles de menthe.
