Abgie\u00dfen und beiseitestellen. Den Brokkoli in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. In einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze mit ein paar Essl\u00f6ffeln \u00d6l die Zwiebel anbraten, bis sie leicht gebr\u00e4unt ist. Den Brokkoli hinzuf\u00fcgen und ein paar Minuten mitbraten. Vom Herd nehmen und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Den zerbr\u00f6ckelten veganen Mozzarella-K\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Bl\u00e4tterteig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech legen. Die F\u00fcllung aus Brokkoli, Zwiebeln und Mozzarella auf den Boden geben. Den Teig falten, so dass an den R\u00e4ndern Falten entstehen, die unter den Strudel oder die Biskuitrolle geschoben werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Oberseite des Teigs mit einer Gabel einstechen, damit der Dampf entweichen kann, die Oberfl\u00e4che mit \u00d6l bestreichen und mit Dinkelk\u00f6rnern bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Strudel im auf 200\u00ba vorgeheizten Ofen 20 Minuten lang goldbraun backen.
